He was preceded in death by one daughter, Donna Gail Foster; his daughter-in-law, Tammie Cooper Foster; two brothers, John Ervin Foster and L.G. Foster; and two sisters, Betty McLure and Laverne Swink.
Mr. Foster is survived by two sons, Virgil Foster, Jr., of Tuckerman, and Robby Foster of Cabot; one daughter, Melody Perry and fiancé, Wayne Russell, of Jonesboro; one brother, Bobby Glen Foster of Vilonia; one sister, Elizabeth Webster of Conway; seven grandchildren, Ryan Foster, Joni Foster (David), Travis Foster, Katie Foster, Olivia Perry, Hannah Perry and Buddy Garnett (Jessica); three great-grandchildren, Brayden Vance Bryant, Sophie Garnett, and Jonathan Garnett; several nieces and nephews; and a lifetime of friends.
